Popcorn lantana (Lantana trifolia) is an unusual species grown primarily for the highly ornamental fruit clusters. Plants grow 3 feet tall and 3 feet wide, with small lavender pink disk shaped flower clusters. After bloom the metallic lavender fruit appear in elongated clusters the shape of an ear of corn.
