The Middle East wedding industry is growing at a rate of 20% per annum with the UAE at the forefront of the boom. A recent survey found that 43% of respondents intended to spend Dhs100,000 or more on their wedding, while 12% were prepared to fork out Dhs500,000. The average cost of a wedding in the UAE now stands at Dhs300,000 or $82,000.
