Top tips to help make gardens a rural retreat
A WILDLIFE gardening expert is set to share her experience with Worcester residents.
Rachel Salisbury will be giving an illustrated talk on garden plants, heritage and conservation when she attends a Worcestershire Wildlife Trust meeting at the Worcester Woods Countryside Centre on Wednesday, February 7.
Andy Jones, chairman of Worcester group, said: “Rachel graduated in horticulture from Nottingham University and has previously lectured on the subject at Birmingham University.

“She has a wealth of expertise on the subject of wildlife gardening and plant conservation and this will be a real opportunity for gardeners to raise questions on their gardening problems.”
The meeting is open to trust members and non-members alike, entry is £1.50 per person including refreshments and the talk starts at 7.30pm.
The group runs a small stall selling local nature reserve literature and a small range of gift items and bird food.
