Gladwin County Farm Show slated for March 29
GLADWIN — The 31st Annual Gladwin County Farm Show is Thursday, March 29 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The farm show includes drawings for door prizes every hour, a concession stand, 4-H bake sale, and outside ag equipment and demonstrations.
Schedule of events:
• 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Doors open to the public, trade show open.
• 10:30-11:30 a.m. – Food security, Craig Anderson, Michigan Farm Bureau.
• 1-2 p.m. – History of Farming in Gladwin County, Gladwin County Historical Society.
• 2:30-3:30 p.m. – Legislative Update on Agricultural issues, State Representative Tim Moore, State Senator Tony Stamas, Congressman Bart Stupak.
The Farm Show is sponsored by Michigan State University Extension Gladwin County, Gladwin County Farm Bureau, Farm Service Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Services and Gladwin-Soil Conservation District.

Large inside booths are $40, small booths are $20 and some outside space is available free to vendors.
