Boise Flower & Garden Show Draws in the Crowds
It may have felt little wintery outside, but inside at the Boise Flower and Garden Show spring had officially sprung over.
Hundred of visitors enjoyed displays full of exotic blooms and bought the bulbs they’ll need to get their gardens growing.
There were also seminars, with helpful tips about landscaping and when to start spring planting.
“They kind of need to wait for the freeze I know right now we are still having freezing weather so it’s not real safe to put plant material in the ground. Bulbs are ok from what I’ve heard but plant material needs to be brought in the garage,” said Diana Montgomery, the event’s manager.
Some of the 150 or more exhibitors felt the show was a success, especially since rainy weather helped drive shoppers inside.
