Dry flowers revive under the glass of royal family icon in Zvenigorod
Zvenigorod, May 8, Interfax – Dry flowers laying under the glass of the Holy Royal Passion-bearers, Emperor Nicholas II and his family, sprouted up in Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery, Zvenigorod, Moscow Region.
The dry flowers were put over there last fall, the Yedinoye Otechestvo website reports.
The eyewitnesses said that the flowers started reviving in January and gave seven sprouts as there were seven saints depicted on the icon.
After that one sprout fell aside but did not die. It has been planted into soil and still grows.
