Designing the kitchen of ones choice should now be easy
Home D’lite will not be just another shop for home accessories. After its inauguration on May 27 at Kanke Road, it promises to be a one-stop stop for customers looking for kitchen-related solutions.
Said to be stocked with the latest in kitchen accessories, Home D’Lite, a Ranchi-based Business Partner (BPA) for City Connect Private Limited, the exclusive showroom will be inaugurated by Ravi Sachdev, managing director of the company.
What’s unique about the showroom is that it will allow buyers to customise their kitchen set-up according to their needs. “Within 25 days of approving the design, a customer will have the kitchen ready with all the fittings,” said Vishal Vaidvani, one of the partners. He added that they would have as many as 30 different kitchen designs on offer for the buyers. Such a showroom would especially come in handy for people on the go. “It will be beneficial for those staying in rented houses or having transferable jobs, as all the settings are portable. All the fittings will be done using nuts and bolts and no nails will be used,” explained Aditya Sharma, one of the partners. All the accessories and fitting are being manufactured at the company’s unit in Noida and the fitting will be done with the machines. The company gives a warranty of 80 years. Apart from the regular kitchen features, they also have special features on offer, like steel railing and wooden floorings.
The company claims it will be using AC-4 grade wooden flooring imported from Taiwan. “Till now, only AC-2 grade wooden flooring is being used in India,” said Vishal.
“This is the company’s sixth outlet and soon Jamshedpur, Bokaro and Dhanbad will have such outlets, too,” said Sharma. At a cost which can stretch up to Rs 7-8 lakhs, customers can design their own modular kitchens, which is something many homemakers are looking forward to.
