The Talbot residential, this is sample of house that built at the longitudinal field, it have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, terrace, living room and garden. You could see the floor plan for more detail. The project philosophy of ‘RECYCLE’ was conceived with the following intentions: to re-use the majority of the existing structure, to re-cycle existing materials, and to utilize natural and /or re-salvaged local material wherever possible. As opposed to a more thorough opening up of the interior the proposed layout instead involved a sequence of 4 disparate episodes which spill off the main entry corridor – each included a room that looked out onto a separate courtyard space. These spaces and the journey between them conceptually involve a series of contradictory yet symbiotic interconnections between light & dark, interior & exterior and old & new. It’s a modern residential design that to be Belle House of the Year finalist 2007, designed by Matt Gibson.
