Huski Hotel Interior by Elenberg Fraser

Huski Hotel the one of Elenberg Fraser project completed at 2005, located in Victorian highlands with exotic snow mountain view. Huski Hotel awarded as the Best Ski Resort in 2006. This hotel has an outdoor bathtub in the room terrace, so the guest could enjoy the unforgettable bathing experience with amazing snow mountain view.

Here’s the description from the designer:
The pure yet complex patterns combined with the influence of Australian timber alpine huts and international alpine resorts provided the basis for the resulting architectural form. Radial in nature, the building is sensitive to the delicate surrounding environment while utilizing the steep site to maximize views of the Kiewa valley allowing it to penetrate every apartment.
The modulated planes of the north façade emphasize the dynamic quality of the building both in plan and elevation. In contrast the subtlety of the worn timber materials is calming and suggests an affinity with local building typologies.
