Here’s the Award winning apartment building by Andreas Fuhrimann and Gabrielle Hächler. The concrete building with awesome wall and ceiling treatment ultimately merges traditional and modern elements into a single unit, it’s simple but offers maximum comfort ability. At the first look, you can see that it’s a solid and strong building, the architect could perfectly combined the three element “steel + glass + concerte”, see the floorplan and section for more detail about this house.

Looks like crap, this is just another minimalist project gone too far…
must feel like you are living inside a really spacious and comfy prison cell…

5the house looks like it come from war times and has been bombed so many times..
6I mean I really like uncompromising attitudes but this must be a new Josef Fritzl concept. I miss a blood stains in the toilet

9Nice… Real nice ! Personaly i woud have ad sur white fur skin at some spot (front of fire place and bench ) to warm up the look of the room and contrast with the so cold concrete (plus it look like this housse is in the montain) . but the house is stunning.

A little too stark and cold for my liking. Sharp angles and austere appearance is such an obvious and expected treatment of concrete. Would prefer to see it used in a more warm and inviting way.

12Great sense in design! It’s very striking to the eyes..world class art! When you travel to Jp especially in Tokyo, you’ll find designs like that and people would take fotos of it coz it’s unbelievable… i wish the color is different though…

14so cold. exterior looks cool, but hoping the interior would be somewhat inviting and warm…. it will be a nice contrast from the cold exterior.
