I would have liked to see some trellis work out back and some vines to soften the lines and provide shade and color. A large potted tree or something. I like F.L.Wright with his use of woods inside to give a calm restful interior, but this design would go well with the noveau Russian rich.

The design is really great. i love to look to every modern design.
I am planing to contruct a 3 storey apartment with 246 sqm. rectangular size.
The frontage is 12 meters x 20 meters. I want 4 units (2 bedroomeach) at the ground flr with parking in front, 6 units(1 bedroom) at the 2nd flr and 8 units (studio type) at the 3rd flr. then theres a penthouse at the roof deck with function area or open space. can you please do us a favor to have a floor plan on my desired project.
