Glass and Steel house is located in the renowned Movie Colony Neighborhood, this house is built in a 5,600 square foot site and it’s a one of eco-friendly luxury home that available for commercial shoots including movies, television, print ads and other commercial venues. Designed and built by Brian P. Buchan this house was inspired by the famous mid-century architect Albert Frey. It’s a modern house that has perfect harmony between the furniture and the wall color, there’s you can see the beautiful combination between lime green, purple, bright white and Ponsarin orange. Architectural features include an impressive steel door, a soaring roofline opposed by a secondary, Alexander-style half-butterfly roofline. The home is 53 percent glass, allowing for great natural lighting and stunning mountain views.
Design features include a floating 16 foot glass fireplace, tongue-and-groove Brazilian mahogany ceiling and an expansive great room which offers plenty of room for your shoot.
