Beautiful Beach House Renovation by Gulick & Spradlin, Madison

Its an old beach house renovation project by Gulick & Spradlin, the house was built at 1914 and the renovation still remain the original style to maintain the essential structure of this house. The renovation includes restored to more of its original style with windows that opened to let the sea breezes in, a washed stone fireplace to be exposed and fir cottage board used throughout. A new kitchen was built with open shelves and using white and wood to keep the feel of cottage. The third floor was “expanded” by removing walls to open up a family style room with angles made by the three dormers that intersect the main hip roof. The end result is a natural exotic beach house with wooden and rustic interior, look so calm, homy and comfortable living space.
