This modern pool-house is a Richard Neutra’s Kaufmann House restoration that was built in 1946, the Harris Pool house is a minimalist and spacious pool-house with open plan design, represents a contemporary vision within a Modernist setting. The Harris Pool House provides a venue for family activities not accommodated by the original home, including a state-of-the-art audiovisual system, gym, and steam room. Features including sliding-glass panels and exterior steel canopies support Neutra’s vision of life in the desert being a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
