Kids Room Curtain Design and Decorating Ideas
Being cute is not enough for kids curtains because kids play hard. The curtains need to be sturdy while at the same time can give the soothing darkness to comfort them. You can make children’s curtains effective in encouraging sleep by using simple tab top or rod pocket panels with blackout linings to block enough sunlight. To completely darken the room, use lightweight fabrics and pair them with a blind. Busy parents should go for easy care kids window curtains such as durable and machine washable cotton or polyester blend. Addition of flannel for the comfortable feel is also popular. Complete the nursery with bright-colored fabric and muslin-lined curtain.
Children curtain with vivid color such as pink, lime green or blue will brighten up the playroom or bedroom. Toys like roosters, dolphins, teddy bear, penguins and bugs or airplanes and trains can add more fun. Bed linens, comforters, wall coverings and rugs will be a complement that they will love.

You are SO right about kids identifying with bright colors and cartoon characters. There is a true stimulus there for them., which gets lost as we become adults. Having Winnie the Pooh or Superman on the shower curtain just doesn’t work for a grown up! Too bad! Adults DO identify, oddly enough, with such logo gear on car accessories. I saw some interesting ones on this site for anyone ready to move on or out! Thanks again for a great article and site!
