Yourban Garden is is basically a collection of media where plants grow, the media it self is 3cm thick, landless and requires little maintenance, through a system of hydro retaining. Designed by Ariane Prin, Yourban Garden has been awarded and received a star at the last Design Observer. Even the project was initially designed to promote the use of herbal plants, further development doesn’t exclude it from being used for purely functional or decorative purposes. “This collection is directly inspired by the architecture, consists of vertical and horizontal angles and cornices, baseboards, to hang on to railings and guardrails,” says Ariane Prin.
