Here’s the renovation project by John Friedman Alice Kimm Architects at Garduate Aerospace Laboratories at the California Institute of Technology (GALCIT). This project includes renovation of department’s laboratories, offices, common spaces and conference rooms. The designer goal is how to create joyful and creative environments space that encourage interaction, teamwork, and the free flow of ideas. To bring relevance and meaning to the project’s spaces, the design employs some of the same concepts, processes, and sophisticated technologies used in the department’s own, widely varied and interdisciplinary research. That’s a great example of architectural project of how design can benefit the client that is typical done in an industrial style.

L Shaped House Design by Christopherchris Architect – Red Hill Residence, Peninsula

Red Hill Residence is contemporary masterpiece from Christoperchris Architect. It’s a l shaped house for young family located on the Mornington Peninsula. Constructed primarily from locally sourced rammed earth and ship lapped cedar paneling, the house is sited across the ridge of property. The house designed using contrast element and intersection section of material, textures and colours, threaded together by the linear rammed earth wall. The house was divided into three sections, the basement, first floor and the Ground floor also equipped with an outdoor terrace for relaxing and outdoor dining. Modern Korean House Designed by IROJE KHM Architects – Nak Sung Hun House

Nak Sung Hun house is a modern piece of architecture designed by Korean Architect HyoMan Kim. The house was located on GuMiDong, BunDang, SungNam, Korea. Built on 608 square meters area Nak Sung Hun house has an amazing exterior design, the structure of this home bold, angular, almost sculpture-like in its makeup. It has cozy outdoor space with a yard that is flanked by the main home and its guest house interact through the open framed wall which function as picturesque frame and landscape formative element. The interior emitted a private and warm atmosphere, a beautiful interior decorating reinforced with the slatted metal character from the roof continued as an accent to the walls and ceilings. Modern Institute Building by nodo17 – IMAM, Madrid Spain

The new IMAM building – Women’s Institute and Municipal Archive – building designed by nodo17 (Manuel Perez Romero), this is the one of artistic institute building located in Mostoles, Madrid, Spain. Its an award winning building for a competition which called for new facilities for the Women’s Institute and also the city’s Municipal Archive. The competition brief called for the facade of a former casino to be rebuilt (see pictures). Galvanized steel plates were used on the facade. The architects’ wanted to create a ‘raw’ building, so the structure and services have been left exposed.

F White house is a minimalist Single family residence designed by Takuro Yamamoto located in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture. F white is a one story wood frame construction house built on 2,791 square feet areas. Client ask the designer to create a house with a single large space in which all family will be able to enjoy spaciousness and the sense of family unity.
