Designed by Lucie Koldová this multifunction furniture could be use as storage and fitness equipment, perfect to furnish modern homes and for stretching your body at the same time. The items are characterized by primary simple forms and geometric elements. The dimensions of each piece of furniture are optimized in order to serve both functions well. The objects will be attractive to an active demographic who enjoy stretching, working out and shaping their bodies. Japan is always having so many houses which designed in very limited space. Here’s the one of minimalist Japanese house that built in small space, the house has 35.47 square meter building area and 79.91 total floor area. Built in very simple exterior and just have one door and windows if at the front views. See the floor-plan, interior and room organizing after the jump. Luna 2 is a luxurious Bali private villas located in beach front Seminyak. Designed by American architect David Wahl and the interior designed by owner and interior designer Melanie Hall. It’s an amazing private villa both of the interior and exterior, its decorate in various color combination, patterns and tiles in every rooms, these look like adult playground. The hotel is called “private” because they only accept one guest booking at a time for the five bedroom Richard Neutra-inspired beachfront house. Visit Luna2 website here.

The 5th Street residence located in Manhattan Beach, the house has a 3,800 square foot area. The home interior decorated in casual elegance colors, the combination between green, white and wood color furniture its create a perfect harmony with an emphasis on comfort, on recharging the body and spirit. Sited on a restrictive lot, the design maximizes living space for a family without imposing on neighboring bungalows. Design by Domestic Architecture.

Here’s the one of penthouse renovation from creative designer Craig Steely, the Ludwig Penthouse located in San Fransisco, California. It’s a perfect housing design which not only located in wonderful location but its also has stunning interiors design. The original 4-bedroom/4-bath penthouse was a rabbit’s warren of confusing rooms. In our re-design, rooms were combined and uses were re-assigned to allow the occupants to take dvantage of the views looking north and south and the movement of the sun through out the day.
Materials used are clear and etched 1/2″ glass, slabs of Black walnut, hand made mosaic tile walls, and gun blued steel. Visit Craig Steely website for more information.
