Here’s the one of penthouse renovation from creative designer Craig Steely, the Ludwig Penthouse located in San Fransisco, California. It’s a perfect housing design which not only located in wonderful location but its also has stunning interiors design. The original 4-bedroom/4-bath penthouse was a rabbit’s warren of confusing rooms. In our re-design, rooms were combined and uses were re-assigned to allow the occupants to take dvantage of the views looking north and south and the movement of the sun through out the day.

This new area of food and conviviality Built on the model of the “village square” as a point of reference and social life in the heart of the space was conceived as an island and its archipelago where several micro-spaces are delicately scattered to the ground but connected them to compose a universe that is both open and intimate.
