It’s a house remodeling project by JM Architecture located in the Dolomite Mountains at the border between Italy and Australia. This project was dedicated to give a solution for the client who would like to live in calm and comfortable situation. The architect was demolished the entire ground floor, and a new interior clear glass envelope with a gyp wall inserted is now the only separation among the different spaces. Few new volumes have been added around the house to extend the entry hall and the oversized family room, which include dining, relax and study areas. The structural silicon curtain wall was installed in the facades to allow the maximum amount of light into the room. Because of the very low temperatures of the winter, the heating solution is the combination of radiant floor heating, perimeter floor radiators along the curtain wall, a gas see-through-the-outside fireplace and a wood one. Stanic Harding Architecture designed the ocean front apartment located at the south end of Bondi Beach. The main concept of this project is how to create a peaceful, simple and serene environment celebrating its world famous location. The apartment must have three bedrooms with a dressing room and separate study room to accommodate his visiting children whilst maintaining a private room for work and rest. This apartment featured an amazing ocean design with huge amount of natural light. The ‘clip on’ aluminum clad balcony enclosures also contributed to the light quality by the use of translucent white ribbed glazing. Although developed for this apartment these lightweight boxes have been used as a solution to redundant balcony spaces for the entire building. LEGO Group office is a one of Bosch & Fjord project that was finished in 2007. It’s a creative, multi-national working place that mirrors the corporate values, the main concept of this office interior is how to create a space that comfortable for employees corporation and knowledge sharing. Bosch & Fjord designed a series of meeting rooms, a reception and cafe area as well as several project rooms in order to inspire and challenge the employees and in-crease the ongoing development process at LEGO Group’s development department. Here you can see the beautiful lobby, receptionist room, café, meeting/conference room which are very inspiring. The design and the creative solutions stimulate more than just the working processes. The employees are personally challenged and motivated, which in turn contributes to a healthy and comfortable working environment and boosts the ongoing development process within the company.

Thanks for Mr Jason M Zerafa who sent us their latest work called Riverhouse Niagara, situated on a riverfront in Niagara Falls. The principal feature of the 1.85 acre site fronting the Niagara River just upstream from the Horseshoe Falls is the long unobstructed river views across the full 164 ft width of the property. The 4700 sq.ft of interior living space and 1200 sq.ft of covered terrace were crafted to embrace this feature and find a balance between the relative transparency encouraged by the views and the privacy concerns of the owners.
