Pan Nalin’s “Valley of Flowers” took the top prize at the fifth edition of the Indian Film Festival of L.A., which wrapped Sunday at the ArcLight. Berlin winner “Vanaja,” directed by Rajnesh Domalpalli, got a special mention.
