Bedding Trends for Spring/Summer 2010 from Frette

Frette’s Spring/Summer 2010 Collections are homage to both inspiring artists and the places. In sketching the Venice, John Singer Sargent, an American impressionist, portraying the grace and mystery of Venice. Inspired by the shimmering colors of the water and skies surrounding the Venice city, Fretteās designers use myriad palette of colors ranging from Verbena to Myrrh. The symbolist Gustav Klimt is the inspiration behind the Vienna featuring floral shapes of cascading wisteria and geometric version of rosette blooms. What we have from those patterns is a combination of early 20th century arts and architecture’s transition to Art Nouveau from a more classicist past.
