Red Hill Residence is contemporary masterpiece from Christoperchris Architect. It’s a l shaped house for young family located on the Mornington Peninsula. Constructed primarily from locally sourced rammed earth and ship lapped cedar paneling, the house is sited across the ridge of property. The house designed using contrast element and intersection section of material, textures and colours, threaded together by the linear rammed earth wall. The house was divided into three sections, the basement, first floor and the Ground floor also equipped with an outdoor terrace for relaxing and outdoor dining. Nak Sung Hun house is a modern piece of architecture designed by Korean Architect HyoMan Kim. The house was located on GuMiDong, BunDang, SungNam, Korea. Built on 608 square meters area Nak Sung Hun house has an amazing exterior design, the structure of this home bold, angular, almost sculpture-like in its makeup. It has cozy outdoor space with a yard that is flanked by the main home and its guest house interact through the open framed wall which function as picturesque frame and landscape formative element. The interior emitted a private and warm atmosphere, a beautiful interior decorating reinforced with the slatted metal character from the roof continued as an accent to the walls and ceilings. The house consist of with living, dining and dry kitchen area interlocking around the central pool area on ground floor level, which articulated by long perimeter of full height large glazing, timber deck terrace and suspended concrete platform, forms a permeable and remarkable views towards out to the external pool landscape area. Contemporary Glass House with Black Exterior by Bldgs

The Ansley Glass House is a 1910 house remodeling project located in an historic downtown neighborhood, the designer create a new glas-lined living space, garage, kitchen, family room, library and a new stair linking to the three stories. The house interior designed using contemporary style with black and white color combination, the living room furnish with a large black cupboard that consist of bookshelf, TV stand and fireplace. The stair, with no visible stringers, is suspended from adjacent and overhead structure, and uppermost rooms are cantilevered and suspended over lower ones. This spatial arrangement is in stark contrast to the historic front half of the residence, creating a dialogue of space types. The use of glass curtain-walls as a cladding material establishes a permeable boundary between the house and its immediate context, provides for light and views, and materially engages the glass skyscrapers visible on the immediate horizon. The exterior is look amazing painted in black and and cantilevered interior spaces viewable through a transparent exterior cladding. That’s a contemporary house designed by Pb Elemental Architecture which built with the main principle on how to create a modern house on tight budget. The client is a large family and still growing so the house must have four bedrooms, two bath, living and dining areas, open kitchen, an entry corridor, large storage room, bookshelves for huge book collection, laundry room and closet, all of them must built on 1600 square foot site. The end result is a beautiful house with minimalist exterior and stunning interior design, the building cost just $167/sf and the footprint is only 790 square feet.
