It’s a creative room partition design by Naruse Inokuma Architects. The designer won the TENDO design competition at Tokyo Designers Week 2008. Yuri Naruse and Jyn Inokuma designed this unique room divider, instead of partitioning the space with walls they create a huge tree-shaped structure of lauan plywood. Israeli designer Butzan Cohen designed the new modular shelf system which produced by Swiss manufacturer nanoo. This flexible bookshelf called “nan15” it just a storage but also can be the used as a partition system. This set of shelves consists of only two different pieces which can be combined to any length or height. The structure can be assembled without using any tools and can be expanded at any time. The product is characterized by a slightly inclined base with side walls positioned at right angles on either end. That means books are always in their optimal position on the shelves, even in small groups. “Nan15” is an attractive and unique shelves design that perfect to place in living room or office.
